Last Platoon r0154

I have made some minor changes to the game to fix a few issues, notably:

- Audio is now 3D and should be less loud
- Fixed turret health
- Gave Sector 1 a different color (other sectors will follow)
- Made the general lighting darker
- Cleaned up a small coding oopsie
